　　The building was located in the New Harbour Reclamation area and occupied an area of 6,600 sq. meters. Works included driving pre-cast concrete piles and steel sheet piles, excavation, multi-layer pre-stressed shoring system, concrete structure of foundation and 2-storey basement.
