　　The works covered an area of 23,000 sq. meters in front of Macau-Hong Kong Terminal and includes all the underground sewage network, roads, walkways, lighting system and the following facilities:

　　．2-storey basement carpark which can accommodate 600 cars, with a pedestrian tunnel connecting to the Terminal.

　　．A 2-storey building as the Grand Prix Centre with 40 booths for racing carparks and provision on the ground floor and offices and restaurant on the first floor.

　　．A 5-storey high racing control tower.

　　．Two steel pedestrian flyovers connecting the basement carpark and the Grand Prix Centre.

　　All the above works were finished within 10 months and then handed over for immediate use.
