Presentation:

　　 Being the largest public building project raised by Macau Government in late 90s, MCC is located at the seashore in the New Harbour Reclamation Area and occupied an area of 30,000 sq. meters in land. The total construction area is 42,000 sq. meters and takes 2 years to finish. The MCC comprises two main buildings; the Exhibition Building and the Theatre Building as well as a park with artistic water features. The Exhibition Building is 5-storey high and houses a museum, several exhibition halls and all ancillary facilities. The Theatre Building houses a 1300-seat theatre, a 400-seat conference center and all ancillary facilities. MCC boasts the most advanced and comprehensive building management system and environmentally considerate E&M designs which made MCC a representative of contemporary architecture in Macau. Tong Lei had the honour to execute all the construction works including piling, structure, E&M and architectural finishing of this project.
