亞馬喇迴旋處位於葡京娛樂場與嘉樂庇大橋交界. 隨著澳門車輛的增加，嘉樂庇大橋的交通負擔不斷加重，嚴重影響澳門的交通正常. 政府為了減輕嘉樂庇大橋的交通負擔而開展亞馬喇迴旋處改建工程. 改建後的亞馬喇迴旋處將會成為完善的交通系統，地下負二層的停車場及通道專為解決停車問題及交通問題而設計，來往車輛可通過地下通道直接通往目的地，從而減輕迴旋處的交通負擔. 地下負一層的商業區為澳門增加多一個地下購物商場.

　　迴旋處將擁有一萬多平方米綠化區、噴水池及行人天橋，成為極具吸引遊人的新景點. 建造迴旋處上方的兩條天橋可方便行人進入迴旋處觀光. 為改善現有交通狀況，地面層迴旋處原兩條行車線擴建成四線行車線. 位於迴旋處中心的蓮花圖案結構採用不銹鋼結構並配以玻璃組製而成，花瓣部份分別有四種不同型態，美麗的迴旋處憑籍著它的美麗外觀及象徵澳門的蓮花將成為澳門的新標誌.

　　The Amaral roundsbout is located at the intersection of Casino Lisboa and the Ponte Govemador Nobre de Carvalho Bridge. As the umber of automobiles increases, the traffic problem becomes heavy on the Macau-Taipa Bridge. Therefore, Macau govemment decided to reconstruct the Amaral roundabout. After the reconstruction, the roundabout will be a complete traffic system. The car pank and passages on the second lower-ground floor are designed to solve the parking and existing traffic problems, drivers can go to their destinations directly by use of the underground passages and consequently reduces the traffic congestion.

　　The commercial area on the first lower-ground floor will become a new underground shopping centre of Macau. There will be 10,000m2 green areas. Equipped with fountain and flyovers, the roundabout will be a new landmark for tourists. The two flyovers above the roundabout make people convenient to go to the roundabout for sightseeing. The number of lanes in the roundabout is broadened from two to four to reduce traffic flow. The lotus in the middle of the roundabout is built with steel structure and fabricated with glass, the petals displays four different forms and shapes. By its beautiful appearance, it will be a new symbol of Macau.
