工程介紹：

　　該建築工程分為2期，第1期為地基及地庫開挖，第2期為上部建築，包括全部結構、機電及裝修，總建築面積達8,000平方米，其特色為包括一座19世紀之葡式兩層樓宇全部翻新及新建一幢有3層地庫及5層上蓋之全新現代化大樓，互相輝映，其工程之挑戰在于四週為古舊樓宇環抱下開挖12米深之擋土措施及極其短促之工期。

　　The construction work is completed in two phases. The first phase was the foundation and basement and the second phase was for the superstructure. The total construction area of the building is 8,000 sq. meters. The works included renovation of a 19th Century old Portuguese style building and construction of a new modern-style office building with 3-storey basement and 5-storey superstructure. The greatest challenge of the work was to excavate an area surrounded by heritage protected building to a depth of 12 meters and established a retaining wall. Another challenge is to finish all the works in too phases within one year. The work was completed to the very satisfaction of the client in regards to quality and time.
