工程介紹：

　　澳門塔為近年最大型之私人投資景點項目，塔高338米，高度列全世界第8位，建成後將為澳門最囑目之旅遊及娛樂景點，其地基設計及質量要求為世界第一流水準，通利與7間國際頂級之地基公司競爭而取得此工程合約，其後亦能順利完成，除表示通利之工程營造水平得到業主之認同外，亦印證了本地的工程管理人才可通過世界一流水平的工程經驗而得到提升。

　　其工程內容包括了24支直徑2.5米，深達55米直入岩層的鑽孔樁，周長500米，深度25米，厚度0.8米的地下連續混凝土牆，450支直徑0.5米預製混凝土樁，12米深開挖，多層水平鋼支撐系統，混凝土樁承台及地庫底板結構。其有限之地盤空間及緊迫之工期令此工程成為一非常嚴峻之考驗。

　　The Macau Tower is the most splendid private investment project in Macau tourist industry in recent years. The tower was designed to a height of 338 meters which ranked eighth in height in Asia, and tenth in the world record. The design and quality requirement of its foundation were up to the finest international standard of the construction industry. Contesting with seven international foundation contractors of the top rank, Tong Lei managed to win this contract and completed the works to the satisfaction of the client. This job proves that Tong Lei’s contracting capability has been well recognized and the level of local management can be upgraded through running projects of high standards.

　　The works included 24 bored piles of 2.5 meters in diameter and 55 meters in depth, 500 meters long underground concrete diaphragm wall of 0.8 meters thick and 25 meters deep, 450 pre-cast concrete pile of 0.5 meters in diameter, 12 meters deep soil excavation with multi-layer post-tensioning shoring system, reinforced concrete pile caps and basement slabs. The very limited site space and tight program rendered this job a very stringent challenge.
